All A.S.P.I.R.E.™ content is developed and reviewed by Robert J. Norton, founder of Norton Arts, with over 30 years of experience in conflict management, emotional regulation, and self-protection. The development process includes:

Content is reviewed at regular intervals to maintain currency and accuracy.

4. ASSESSMENT AND CERTIFICATION STANDARDS

To maintain the integrity of training outcomes, Norton Arts ensures that:

  • CPD hours assigned to programs are accurate and justified

  • Certification cannot be purchased without completing the training requirements

Certificates are issued only when all completion criteria are met.
