
TRAINING PRIVACY & DATA POLICY
This Training Privacy & Data Policy explains how Norton Arts collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information related to participation in any Norton Arts training program, including all A.S.P.I.R.E.™ programs and training services, Self-Paced Programs, Coaching Modules, Workshops, or any related learning resources. This policy applies to all registered learners, organizational clients, and any individual granted access to Norton Arts training materials.
This policy works in addition to the general Privacy Policy on our website. Where there is overlap, this Training Privacy & Data Policy governs all matters related specifically to training participation and learner data.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT FOR TRAINING PURPOSES
When you enroll in a Norton Arts training program, we may collect the following information:

2. HOW WE USE LEARNER INFORMATION
Learner information is used for the following purposes:

To support organizational reporting when training is purchased on behalf of staff.

We do not sell, rent, or exchange learner information with any third parties.
3. ORGANIZATIONAL CLIENT REPORTING
If your training has been provided through an organizational license or seat pack, your employer or designated HR representative may receive:

No personal reflections, workbook notes, trauma-related disclosures, or private coaching details are ever shared unless explicit written permission is given by the learner.

10. TRAINING MEMBERSHIP ACCOUNTS
Learners must maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials. Sharing accounts, workbooks, program access, or copyrighted materials with other individuals or organizations is strictly prohibited.

We may update this Training Privacy & Data Policy to reflect changes in our programs, legal requirements, or industry standards. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
Continued use of the training platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
