A.S.P.I.R.E.™ is a CPD pre-approved professional development program that strengthens how staff perceive, regulate, and respond to challenging interactions in complex workplace environments.

The A.S.P.I.R.E.™ program focuses on practical approaches to conflict navigation that address prevention, real-time regulation during escalation, and professional recovery after heightened interactions. Content is grounded in real-world scenarios relevant to HR professionals, leaders, frontline staff, and those working in people-facing roles.
A.S.P.I.R.E.™ is educational in nature and is intended to complement existing workplace policies, training frameworks, and professional development initiatives. It does not provide clinical therapy, legal advice, or formal mediation services.

The core A.S.P.I.R.E.™ PDT is CPD pre-approved by CPHR New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island in the HR competency areas of Employee / Employer Relations; Health, Wellness & Safe Workplace; and Communication, Conflict Resolution & Relationship Management.
This program provides 12 hours of recognized professional development (CPD) credits.

Program Structure and Delivery
A.S.P.I.R.E.™ is delivered through a structured series of learning modules that may be completed sequentially or selectively, depending on organizational priorities, risk profile, and learning objectives.
Delivery formats may include:
✔ Self-paced online learning — 12 CPD hours (CPHR NB & PEI Pre-Approved)
✔ Blended online/in-person delivery — 18 CPD hours
✔ Facilitated in-person sessions — 24 CPD hours
Programs may be adapted for individual professionals, teams, or full organizational cohorts.

Participants who complete the program are expected to:
